Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items must be returned from the original delivery address
Returns requested beyond the 7-day window may not be accepted.
Return Process

Your full name
Order number
Reason for the return
Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will schedule a pickup or provide return instructions. Please allow up to 5 business days for return confirmation and coordination.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection
Please note that:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
We do not offer refunds for items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

Custom or special-order items
Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by delivery
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order will be processed and shipped, and our standard return process will apply.
